    I dearly love Cousin Gary's. There southern food buffet is fantastic! That fried chicken and all the rest I could eat every day. Wonderful country restaurant. They also have menus to order from. Never had a bad experience there.

    The chicken is some of the best I've had. The fried fish is very good. I wish I could eat the German chocolate cake every day. Biscuits are on point. Great service and prices.

    We always stop here when we go from North Carolina to Virginia. The food is hot and plentiful on the buffet. Great selection, and you can order from the menu if you like. Most important, The Coffee Cup stays full.

    Chicken and dumplings is served on Wendsdey,and I tell you it is good. Buffet style and the waiters and waitresses are really good at what they do. I will be regular there.

    Family friendly. Eat in or carry out. Menu or bar. The food at this establishment is great. Country style dishes with generous portions & table service, very fair price. Often breakfast is served for supper on the bar...gravy & biscuits, eggs, grits, bacon, etc. Basically the whole package. A laid back, satisfying dining experience. Establishment is long standing in the town of Pilot Mountain. Unquestionably~ the textbook definition of southern food & hospitality. Desert is also available on menu & bar. When ordering from the menu~food is prepared to order quickly. Establishment is clean, staff is friendly and detail oriented, drinks are refilled quickly. Most definitely an establishment worth checking out, when visiting Pilot Mountain.
